In order to make the interview booking process more efficient you can now look to provide several interview slots for your interviewees to choose the most convenient time/date and schedule themselves in.
This is how this process works in our system:
1. Confirm the interviewees/interviewers
2. Confirm the interview slots that are available
3. Confirm the emails that are to be sent to interviewees and interviewers
4. The interviewee receives their email and can click the link to go online to choose an interview slot
5. They choose their preferred interview slot. This triggers the interview confirmation emails to interviewers/interviewees.
