Select Interview Slots and Ask Interviewees to Schedule Themselves In
Scheduling interviews can involve a lot of back and forth with interviewees/interviewers. In order to streamline this process we have designed a process we call “self-service interview booking.”
This process works by 4 simple steps.
1. You select the interview slots you have available and send an email to your interviewees.
2. Interviewees select their preferred interview slot. They can reply back to the recruiter if none of the times are suitable.
3. Once the interviewee confirms their preferred interview slot the confirmation emails are automatically sent to interviewers and interviewees.
4. The ATS is updated so the recruiter users can see which of applicants has/has not yet booked themselves in.
