Schedule Individual or Multiple Interviews in a Simple 3 Step Process

As scheduling interviews is likely to be one of the more regular tasks you will complete on the ATS, we wanted to make it as simple as possible. In our experience, interview requests can often come in multiples with hiring managers looking to interview several people for the same job. With this in mind the system allows you to schedule multiple interviews in one simple process.

Step 1. You select the interviewers involved in the process

Step 2. You confirm the date and time

The system allows you to select the same time/date and locations for all interviews (e.g. an assessment centre) or set different dates/times and locations.

Step 3. You confirm the email templates that you want to send to both interviewers and interviewees
