Add Comments and Apply Ratings
Recruiter and hiring manager users can add comments against an applicant record. These might include feedback from telephone conversations, interviews etc
These comments are then accessible by all other recruiter and hiring manager users.
In addition to comments, each user can also provide a rating on an applicant. These ratings are based on a 5 star system, that also allows for half ratings for example 4.5 stars. Ratings are useful when you recruiters are processing a large list of applicants and they want to rate applicants, remove the weaker applicants and then look again at the highly rated applicants to narrow down their shortlist for interview.
