Better experience for the candidate, fewer drop-offs for you. Sounds good right? Especially if you have roles where you expect a low response or are recruiting for applicants in high demand. Well, that’s what our latest feature – Reed Easy Apply – is designed to deliver.
Reed has started highlighting vacancies to candidates that are easy to apply to. Our integration will allow you to post jobs to Reed under “Easy Apply” which will mean applicants who are signed into their Reed account can apply in two simple clicks.
Reed will then pass the data it has on the candidate (name, email, contact details, CV etc.) to the ATS, and a new applicant will be created. Ta-da!
While this feature will be handy for many roles, it might not be right for all of them. That’s why it’s available on a job-by-job basis – so if you have a role where you think a full application is the best approach, simply don’t select the Easy Apply option when posting.
Reed Easy Apply is available for Reed customers on Professional and Premium plans.
