EasyWeb ATS version 2.19

This update will see your ATS job pages look cooler with more flexibility to add more content to your jobs pages. The more attentive of you will notice that jobs pages and applications forms are running faster thanks to a new agile framework we implemented that is also more secure and mobile friendly.

1. New Career Page overhaul (All versions)

We can now customise all career pages giving it an individual feel to help promote your brand to candidates. The tech team will use focused widgets and images to express your brand in the most effective way.


The job listings on your career page is simple and easy to use as your candidates can view the list of jobs that you have available, or simply use the job search bar.

Social media links are now integrated on every job description page so that your candidates can share the job online.

1.1. New Career Page overhaul (Professional)

A more engaged career page with the integration of your management team and google maps is only available on Professional versions and can be switched on by contacting our support team at help@easywebrecruitment.com or 01933667164.

2. Auto-chase email to incomplete applicants

A major improvement to our system is the auto-chase email. This will automatically send an email to your candidates 24 hours after they have started your application form but not completed it. It is a great way for you to chase your candidates and urge them to complete their application.

The automatic email is a template that can be edited to fit your specific needs.

3. SMS Integration

The SMS feature makes it possible for you to send text messages to your candidates from our system. When you want to update a candidate on their application or interview process, simply click “Send SMS.” You can edit the text message and it will be sent from your company name.

4. 3x Time to Hire reports for all clients (All versions)

These reports give you useful information on the statistics of your employment rate.

The 3 reports are:

  • Individual breakdown (displays every hired candidate and their time to hire)
  • Average monthly (displays an average time to hire value for everyone hired in each month
  • Average yearly (displays an average time to hire value for everyone hired in each year)

5. GDPR Killer Question text on pre-application page

In line with the GDPR regulations (May 2018) we will be requiring all customers to provide us with their privacy policy. Please feel free to contact our support team to discuss this. For more information please visit: http://www.easywebats.com/features/gdpr-compliant-ats

As part of a series of updates (most of which are done) to be ready for the May deadline, this release sees us adding a feature to tell applicants when you are using automated decision making tools which in our case means Killer Questions (see: Click Here).

To ensure you are compliant, the ATS will automatically display an additional checkbox question to gather the applicant’s permission to being automatically processed at this initial stage. This message will only appear where you are using killer questions.

6. Indeed multi-company posting

Indeed multi-company posting will allow you to post to Indeed with different company names. Although this is not a widely used feature this is a vital feature for some of our clients who have multiple brands and want each of these represented on Indeed.
