Support Multiple Brands/Divisions or Clients with One User Login
This feature is designed for organisations with multiple brands/divisions or HR consultants who are supporting multiple clients.
The first step is for our tech team to setup each division or client as a separate ATS. This approach partitions the data and ensures that you do not accidentally share an applicant to a hiring manager from a different division or company. This will likely also help your organisation(s) to comply with their respective privacy policies.
Once this feature is enabled you can move between the different Applicant Tracking Systems for each division or client, without having to login via a new user account.
To begin, simply choose which ATS you want to log into.
You can then easily switch between accounts by clicking ‘Switch Client’ from the Admin menu.
You can also view and manage all your ATS accounts from the main menu under ‘Clients’.
